Dubai Digital Park (DDP) will open its door for companies from the first quarter of 2020 in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), said Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Zarooni, vice-chairman and CEO of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority.
He said that the free zone will focus on the industries that follow the vision of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and add value to the economy of the emirate. Located in the central section of DDP amongst the shops and restaurants are eight office buildings ranging from 4,000sqm to 6,000sqm, which will provide flexible office accommodation fully integrated with smart services.
“Many projects worth tens of millions of dirhams are currently under constructions, of which four new factories with huge investments are from technology sector. The number of industrial units reached 204 in DSO,” Al Zarooni told reporters on the sidelines of a ground-breaking ceremony held for W Motors’ automotive facility.
