At the Pre-revenue phase we help make decisions such as what it takes to be profitable, what pricing structure to implement, what mix of products to sell and what financial model assumptions to track and validate. At the growth and scale phase, we help build a solid finance structure and make decisions, such as what growth targets need to be maintained to reach the businesses goals, what will it take to maximize profits, and what operational technology does the company need to implement to support them to scale.
