Tawseel, was founded in March 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the prestigious Dubai
Media Incorporated (DMI) which has now emerged as a prominent media organization in the
UAE, and the Official media arm of the government of Dubai.
Located in the heart of Dubai, Tawseel was initially established to offer logistic delivery services
for the printing and publishing industry serving many of the region’s top newspapers,
magazines and publishers. We pride ourselves on introducing the Middle East’s first real-
time, GPS – enabled delivery network.
With the rise of e-commerce and the rapid growth of technology, it was time for Tawseel to
serve a much larger market segment and integrate a new high-tech approach into its
business. The decision was made following the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin
Rashid Al Maktoum of transforming Dubai into a smart city, Tawseel today utilizes the latest
